These Terms of Service govern the use of the agtcode.pt website and the associated services provided by AGT Code® — Smart Software Solutions (hereinafter "AGT Code"). By accessing our website, the user agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
The agtcode.pt website and all its pages and features.
AGT Code® — Smart Software Solutions, the entity that owns the website and the software products presented on it.
Any person who accesses the Website or uses the contact form or the support ticket system.
2. Use of the website
The Website is freely accessible at no cost. It is not necessary to create an account to browse the Website or access information about our products. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law and not to interfere with its normal operation.
3. Purchase and use of our products
AGT Code products are made available through third-party distribution platforms. Currently, the AnimaSom application is sold exclusively through the Google Play Store.
The entire commercial relationship relating to the purchase and use of AnimaSom — including payment, receipt issuance, refund and right of withdrawal — is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, which the User accepts when making the purchase. AGT Code does not process end-user payments, does not issue consumer receipts and does not handle refunds directly.
AGT Code's responsibility as developer concerns the technical quality of the application, its correct operation and the privacy policy of the data processed by the application, available on the specific page of each product.
4. Contact form and ticket system
The Website provides a contact form and a support ticket system. By using these channels, the User voluntarily provides the data strictly necessary for AGT Code to respond (name, email and message content).
This data is processed in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy and used only to respond to the request. It is not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Website and in AGT Code products — including but not limited to source code, design, logos, texts, images, sounds, icons and interfaces — is the exclusive property of AGT Code or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright and industrial property law.
The trademarks AGT Code® and AnimaSom™ are trademarks of AGT Code. Their use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
AGT Code strives to keep the Website available and functional and to ensure the quality of its products, but cannot guarantee the total absence of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Website and the information it contains are provided "as is"
- AGT Code shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website
- For matters arising from the use of AnimaSom or other products distributed through third-party platforms, the terms of those platforms additionally apply
7. Acceptable use policy
The User agrees not to use the Website to:
- Illegal or unauthorized activities
- Interfering with the operation of the Website or its servers
- Distributing malware, viruses or malicious code
- Using automated means to access the Website without authorization
8. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of the Website, the court of the consumer's place of domicile shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The User may use the European online dispute resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Changes to the Terms and Contact
AGT Code reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date of their publication on this page.
