1. Introduction

AnimaSom is an educational application for children, developed by AGT Code — Smart Software Solutions. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our application.

2. Data We Collect

AnimaSom does NOT collect, store, share or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

  • Does not collect names, addresses, emails or identification data
  • Does not collect location data
  • Does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools
  • Does not contain advertising or ad networks
  • Does not communicate with external servers
  • Does not require an internet connection to function

All application data (sounds, images, settings) is stored locally on the device.

3. Children

AnimaSom is designed for children aged 3 to 8 and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Designed for Families programme policies. We do not intentionally collect data from children or any user.

4. Purchases and Refunds

App purchases and refunds are processed entirely by Google through Google Play. AGT Code does not have access to users' payment data. For refund queries, please refer to the Google Play policy.

5. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
